Job Description:
Interim CFO assignment
Job Responsibilities:
- Day to day Finance Director tasks (4 direct reports and a team of around 30 staff)
- Ensure a smooth transition in taking the responsability of the finance department of the company.
- Working closely with the CEO and external stakeholders to manage successfully the sell off of the company.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Successful experience as CFO of international industrial groups (min 300M USD turnover)
- Strong M&A mid sized deals experience
- Exposure to VC-backed SMEs is a plus
- Experience in FMCG sector would be an advantage
- Interim CFO experience would be an advantage
