Job Description:

The company is looking for a new Chief Operating Officer to take the company to the next level.

Job Responsibilities:

Take ownership of day to day operations and allow the founder and owner to focus on product development, geographical expansion, strategic aims and objectives. In this role you will lead a motivated and experienced management team.

Qualifications & Experience:

The ideal candidate will have experience in the following:

•Managing and leading a middle size company or large diverse team or company division
•Leading and mapping any change management processes
•Kaizen or Six Sigma operational management styles

•Strong senior management experience within a rapidly growing company
•Managing at a senior level within different industries
•Defining and managing operational/business change programmes/projects
•Operational and process capability assessment
•Strategic and tactical planning techniques

- Desirable Specification

•Operating within a complex, highly regulated industry
•Marketing and/or operations in the financial services industry
•Understanding of financial services products
•Business/Marketing qualification
•Financial services regulatory environment
